I have always been an animal lover..so i can understand..i never understand people who kill animals or are cruel to them..or think it is cool to feel hatred towards them. I know it sounds strange for me to say that, but though when I was growing up my family always had at least one and often several pets, my father hated animals, and my mother treated them like a disposable convenience.

If a cat sprayed inside the house once...straight to the vet and put to sleep like a defective appliance. It used to make me and my sister just totally sick, and my mother's response was always, "Why all the fuss over a dumb animal?"

I have always had trouble understanding how people can feel like that...even with regard to my own parents. If one can't show an ounce of compassion for an animal that's a member of the family, how much can they really care for their children, let alone other human beings?

Best wishes with the furry members of the family still there among you.The Moody Minstrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16342935635794595909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22668996.post-28567638529971158242007-02-19T20:22:00.000+03:002007-02-19T20:22:00.000+03:00man, after the first paragraph I scrolled down to ...man, after the first paragraph I scrolled down to the end to see how it ended.

I am sorry to hear about the kitty. I'm right with you - I bawled over all of my lost pets, be it bunny or bird. OK, not fish, but you know...

Yes, you do always miss each individual pet - their habits, their quirks, their likes and dislikes, the funny things only they do, the sounds only they make; their distinctive personalities...even their own smell. (I used to snuggle with my buns a LOT).

Enjoy the memories of Greyson.Oliviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04014351759393921274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22668996.post-29023296626006886532007-02-19T20:04:00.000+03:002007-02-19T20:04:00.000+03:00thank you....i am overwelmed with sadness. can't t...thank you....
i am overwelmed with sadness. can't type because of the tears in my eyes.
thank you again for your kind words.Jahoonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13218467073064696313noreply@blogger.com
